  The 5922D dynamic signal testing and analysis system is specially designed for strength and life assessment testing of large structures. It adopts a 19 inch standard chassis structure, utilizes Gigabit Ethernet communication, and can be expanded through switches. A single computer can achieve multi-channel dynamic signal parallel synchronous testing and analysis. Widely used for performance testing and analysis of various structures in industries such as aerospace, automotive industry, mechanical engineering, and rail transit.

  Application Scope

  1. Connect various forms of strain gauges to complete stress and strain testing and analysis for full bridge, half bridge, and 1/4 bridge (120 Ω three wire system) states;

  2. Connect various bridge sensors to achieve testing and analysis of physical quantities such as pressure, force, load, displacement, etc;

  3. The system is equipped with a 24V/4mA bias circuit to collect the output signals of IEPE piezoelectric acceleration sensors and microphones, and achieve testing and analysis of vibration, noise, and other signals;

  4. Cooperate with a charge adapter and connect various piezoelectric sensors to achieve testing and analysis of vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, vibration displacement (software quadratic integration optional), and pressure;

  5. Cooperate with a thermoelectric resistor adapter, connect the temperature sensor of thermal resistors (such as platinum resistors, copper resistors, etc.), and test and analyze the temperature;

  6. Cooperate with the Current loop adapter to connect the 4~20mA output sensor test signal (the sensor needs external power supply);

  7. Cooperate with thermocouples to measure the output potential difference, and directly provide temperature measurement results through a graduation table;

  8. Cooperate with eddy current sensor, magnetoelectric velocity/acceleration sensor and magnetostrictive displacement sensor to test and analyze acceleration, velocity and displacement;

  9. Voltage signals can be measured.

  8. The sampling control and analysis software developed in C # under the Chinese Windows XP/7/8/8.1/10 operating system has strong real-time performance, as well as good portability, scalability, and scalability;

  9. To prevent data loss, data is prioritized to the hard drive based on the sampling time. Data management includes functions such as opening files, backing up data, deleting files, and converting data formats, ensuring convenient and reliable data processing;

  10. Quick and easy one click visualization parameter setting, real-time display of channel working status during parameter setting process;

  11. The intelligent multi engineering data storage and management mechanism facilitates large-scale experiments, multi batch experimental data processing, and report generation. It can complete all signal processing for multiple measured data with just one setup;

  12. With Word document activity report function, the generated report can be directly moved to read the cursor and scale the curve in Word;

  13. Provide development interfaces and templates, allowing users to develop their own engineering application plugins that can be seamlessly loaded into software modules for use or shared with others;

  14. Customize software functions according to user requirements.

  The usage environment is suitable for Group II conditions of GB/T 6587-2012.
