【Functional Description】

First         Hand pump

Repeatedly lift and press to drive the piston of the pump body to realize boosting pressure

Second    the second pressurized pump

1、Swing the regulator in to raise the pressure value, screw out to lower the pressure value;

2、After the pressure is stabilized, it can be used as a "fine-tuning valve";

Third        the reversing valve

Push to the left for positive pressure, push to the right for negative pressure;

Fourth     the stop valve

Positive pressure to 1.6 MPa or more, increase the pressure to 6 MPa when closing the shut-off valve, stable performance is ideal;

Fifth         the check valve

1、Must be closed when getting pressure;

2、Swing open to quickly reduce the pressure value.

【Caveat】

1、access to the standard meter and the instrument being calibrated should be free of water and corrosive substances and other impurities, otherwise it will affect the performance and service life of the equipment;

2、in unloading the pressure gauge, the system must be in zero pressure state;

3、the pressure source is strictly prohibited and other oil: mixed use;

4、pressurization, such as not go up, the reason is the quick connector "O" ring damage, should be replaced in a timely manner on the 9 * 2.65 "O" ring.
