FUTEK's TFF400 Reaction Torque Transducer features a flange-to-flange mounting solution with a torque measurement range of +/-5 in. oz. to 500 in. lbs. (+/-0.04 to 60 Nm) and torsional stiffness from 325 in. oz. per radian to 199,000 in. lbs. per radian.The TFF400 solid flange torque transducer incorporates metal-foil strain gage technology and offers low-capacity units to provide overload protection to help prevent overload damage that may occur during installation. A variety of mounting options are available using the recommended mounting plate.The TFF400 reaction torque transducer is constructed of aluminium and anodised for optimum durability. Applications include fastener testing, automotive and aircraft engine testing, automotive break testing and prosthetic testing. Torque testers are a common application for the TFF400 torque transducer.
