Introduction:Mainly used for material detection, interface detection, and material level detection.

The explosion-proof single rod vibrating level switch is one of the tuning fork level switches, which is not afraid of hanging or impact, has no clamping problem, and has higher sensitivity. Its cylindrical single probe structure determines its wider adaptability to industrial sites. It uses the "resonance" principle of a tuning fork to generate vibration under the drive of piezoelectric components. Only when the probe rod is completely surrounded by materials, the vibration amplitude sharply decreases, resulting in switch action. Mainly used for material detection, interface detection, and material level detection.
Features
1. The circular smooth single rod probe can effectively prevent material clamping and sticking, and can still maintain stable working sensitivity even when there are many hanging materials.
2. It is not affected by the properties of the measured object and can be stably put into use without adjustment after installation.
3. A stainless steel probe with piezoelectric components embedded in the rod body and thick tube wall is used, and the vibration attenuation tube is only 9mm long.
4. According to the different measured objects, the measurement sensitivity (L, M, H) can be adjusted, and different specific gravity layered liquid levels/powder bodies can be selected for measurement.
5. By using a 15A high capacity contact relay switch, motor control can be directly implemented.
6. Compared with the anti rotation type, it has no movable components, a sturdy probe that is resistant to wear and material impact, and adjustable sensitivity.
Compared with capacitive type, it is not affected by dielectric coefficient and has self-cleaning surface. Easy to use, sturdy and durable, no need for calibration after installation.
